Greenbrier Smokeless Coal Company is partnering in a $150 million private investment to build a rare earth mineral processing hub in Rupert, West Virginia, joining Flash Metals USA and AmForge Corporation. The project will extract critical rare earth elements from millions of tons of local coal tailings and slurry.
