Amanda Hale, JD a 5th generation coal miner serves as Haghler's General Counsel. In addition to being a mine consultant and certified mediator, Amanda's former practice focused on land acquisition, contracts, and civil litigation at the appellate level. Amanda served as Law Clerk for both Chief Judicial District Judge Michael Moore of the Russell County Circuit Court (29th Judicial district) and Virginia Supreme Court Judge Teresa Chafin while she sat the bench of the Virginia Court of Appeals.
Jeff Abboud, JD has 35 years of materials, energy and environmental policy experience. As an owner of AdvocatesincDC, his successful efforts for the business community include expanding offshore natural gas drilling and lifting the moratorium to allow US oil exports. Jeff's clients have included American Petroleum Institute, American Chemistry Council, Chevron, Shell, Conoco Phillips, and MasterCard. He formed and directed the Fuel Cell Power, Energy Storage, Gas Turbine, Advanced Ceramics , and Advanced Composite Materials Associations. Jeff provided counsel to U.S. Senator David Karnes (R-NE) and U.S. Senator Edward Zorinsky (D-NE) after serving as a chief of staff in the Nebraska unicameral.​

Tom Hale has almost 50 years in the coal industry. Tom started working for Jewell Ridge Coal Company and studied at SVCC in the Engineering Department between 1974 and 1979. He went on to work for Jewell Smokeless Coal Company as Chief Surveyor doing underground and surface engineering for new Coke Ovens. He supervised Contract Mines in Virginia and West Virginia and was a Shift Mine Foreman for Massey Coal Company. His experience spans Greenbriar Smokeless Coal Company as superintendent of multiple projects and mine manager. Tom was a Shift foreman for Murray Energy in ST. Clarksville Ohio, responsible for a five-mile section of an 18-mile-deep mine, including 3 Miner/Construction Units and L of the widest long wall miners in the U.S.

Meggan Abboud was an executive with The Boeing Company specializing in export controls, trade policy, and missile defense for over fifteen years in Washington, DC. She followed her corporate experience as a principal of AdvocatesIncDC executing multi-state, national advocacy campaigns on behalf of U.S. businesses and their industry associations. Meggan has worked on behalf of the American Chemistry Council, American Forest and Paper Association, American Iron & Steel Institute, American Petroleum Institute, The Business Roundtable, National Association of Manufacturers, and the U.S Chamber of Commerce.

Jeff Cline started working in the mining industry in 1975 maintaining a fleet of coal trucks. In 1978, he worked underground operating miners, shuttle cars, roof bolters and scoops. He became a Certified Mine Foreman in 1983 and became mine manager for the Fray Mining, Inc. group overseeing four coal mines and a repair shop. He became owner/operator of Cove Creek Mining, Inc. in 2002. In 2006, Jeffrey, after closing Cove Creek Mining, started a mine equipment repair and sales company, C & T Repair, Inc. In 2017, while continuing the equipment and repair business Jeffrey diversified into the manufacturing of chemical compounds and became Vice- President of Blue Wolf Sales and Service, Inc. a company that manufactures over 50 products, including the famous Blue Wolf All Purpose Cleaner, a cleaner widely used in the mining industry. In 2022, Jeffrey along with Blue Wolf Sales and Service, Inc. President, formed Blue Wolf Equipment LLC continuing his mining tradition.

Dave Honaker is a certified commercial heavy equipment operator and has over a decade of experience in transportation and logistics. He is experienced with surface mining equipment and all facets of coal transportation materials, equipment and supplies.
